SHIPPING IS FREE for all Orders receive on greaveselectricals.com

We ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Orders placed over the weekend or public holidays are dispatched on next working day. Currently Shipping is available only  within India only.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect. However you can modify your order or address by calling customer care.

Return Policy

However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return a purchase. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth return process.

**15-Day Return Policy**

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within this period for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

**Eligibility for Returns**

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Incomplete Product
  • Incorrect Product
  • Manufacturing Defect
  1. **Unused and in Original Condition**: The item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging.
  2. **Proof of Purchase**: You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as an order number, receipt, or packing slip.

Refund/Exchange/Replacement:

  • Exchange/ replacement/ Return is possible if the product is under above mentioned condition.
  • On receiving Your complaint within 15 days of delivery, Greaves Electricals shall verify the authenticity of the complaint, after which we will initiate the replacement process.
  • We will arrange pickup where possible or ask the customer to ship the product to us
  • ( shipping charges born by us ).
  • Products should be returned in their original packaging and the original price tags, barcodes, labels, user manual and invoices etc.
  • It is required that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packed so that there is no further damage to products during transit. In case of any damage because of loose packing, customer have to bear the loss.
  • The returned Products are subject to verification and checks by us to determine the legitimacy of the complaint.
    If the claim is not legitimate, you will be required to bear the shipping costs for the product.
  • Once we receive the product, the replacement/ refund/ store credit will be initiated as soon as possible.

 

Processing the Refund:

Once your refund is approved we will initiate the refund from our payment gateway. It may take 10-12 working days for the refund for the payment gateway to reach your payment source.
